To qualify for a Search Engineer position, applicants should have experience with search infrastructures and frameworks. Search Engineers should have knowledge of statistical analysis and experimental design techniques and Ruby or Java development experience. Search Engineers generally have a degree from a four-year college in Computer Science or a related technical field. They lead and drive production escalations and execute root-cause analysis.
