They also communicate with each department of an organization to create an efficient and cohesive environment. Business operations specialists are knowledgeable in accounting, as well as Microsoft Office Suites like Excel and Word. They usually have experience in management systems, along with computer systems such as Salesforce, HTML and Oracle. These specialists also possess keen leadership and teambuilding skills.
