The marketplace connects candidates with employers, but hides your profile from your current employer. Once you’re in the marketplace, you’ll receive multiple non-binding offers to continue conversations with interested employers. Pick the ones that work for you and start a conversation. You’re under no obligation to accept any offer, at any time.
We do have a preference for engineers currently living and working in one of our target geographies—San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, New York, Seattle, Boston and London; but if you live outside of those areas and are willing to relocate we encourage you to try us out.
Hired is free for job candidates. In fact, when you find a job through us, we’ll send you a $2,000 signing bonus as a thank you.
Creating a Hired profile is an easy process. Simply complete a short form and submit for approval. If your application is approved, you’ll be notified and asked to participate in an auction when it’s convenient for you.
