The Brand/Graphic Design position combines elements of graphic design with marketing in order to create various visual materials to represent a company. A Brand/Graphic Designer is someone who creates digital and print material to build a brand‰Ûªs identity, message and presence. The purpose of building a brand‰Ûªs identity is to acquire new customers and grow the company‰Ûªs brand. A Brand/Graphic Designer is tasked with developing an image or mood for the brand to project, taking into consideration the client‰Ûªs business type, purpose, message and current market trends. A Brand/Graphic Designer is also expected to develop various visual assets for commercial use, such as advertisement campaigns, marketing materials, event and conference materials, product packaging and websites. A Brand/Graphic Designer will work closely with the client and may be required to collaborate with communication team members, graphic designers, typographers, art directors, creative directors or project managers.
