Solutions Engineer Job Description

Solutions Engineers are responsible for interfacing with customers, learning the problem or pain points and conceiving a solution that can be delivered in a quick and cost-effective manner. Solutions Engineers often are tasked with collecting data from the client, reviewing problem logs, identifying recurring problems or pain points, interacting with clients in order to come up with a solution and overseeing the issue resolution. Candidates should be able to demonstrate mastery of customer service, problem solving, attention to detail, computer proficiency and technical abilities. Most candidates will be asked to have a Bachelor‰Ûªs Degree in an engineering field.
