Hired Partner, Teamtailor: The Recruitment & Employer Branding ATS

My name is Janelle Gates and I am the Partnerships Manager for North America at Teamtailor. I work closely with our partners to deliver exceptional hiring experiences to businesses across the region while my counterparts manage relationships with partners all across the globe! 

As for Teamtailor, we are an all-in-one recruitment platform designed to simplify the hiring process and help companies build strong employer brands. One of my favorite features of our platform is the ability for businesses to truly personalize their career sites in a matter of minutes.

How did Teamtailor come to exist?

We are really proud of our origin story! Our co-founders, Erik Andersson, David Wennergren, and Richard Johansson, were so frustrated with the clunky and outdated applicant tracking systems. They knew there had to be a better way, so they set out to create a modern, user-friendly Applicant Tracking System (ATS) that put the candidate experience first. Cue, Teamtailor! 

Because of Erik, David, and Richard, I now get to be a part of a leading recruitment software provider that helps companies of all sizes attract, engage, and hire top talent. What are some initiatives Teamtailor is currently working on?

We’re constantly striving to support and nurture our community of HR leaders and recruiters. Our focus is on providing opportunities for education and inspiration so that together we can drive the industry forward. One way we do this globally is through in-person events, such as our Breakfast Club and Pink Hour gatherings. We discuss critical topics including employer branding, the candidate experience, and diversity and inclusion.
