1. Hired adds Ashby to ATS integrations

Along with Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, Workday, and Teamtailor, Ashby is now officially an ATS partner of Hired. Seamlessly connect with your existing hiring workflow to: 

• Directly pull jobs from Ashby into Hired during position creation
• Automatically push candidates into the respective ATS role upon interview request acceptance
• Sync a candidate’s interview stage in Hired with any changes made in Ashby

2. Hired integrates with your favorite video conference tool 

Another exciting integration but this time for video tools! If you have your calendar integrated with Hired, save time by choosing your preferred video call provider directly in the platform. No more jumping between apps when scheduling interviews in Hired – automatically add a video conference link to your interviews. Take your pick from Zoom, Teams, GoTo, and GoogleMeet, or add a different video tool provider at any time. 

It’s just a quick, one-time setup from the Schedule Interview page or your Integrations tab. When you schedule the call, the platform sends a calendar invite (including the video call link) to you and the candidate. 

3. “Recommendations” feature surfaces more qualified candidates

Maximize reach with the new ability to view similar candidate profiles. Automatically surface even more quality matches faster than ever!

Hired curates these recommendations based on the talent’s work experience, skills, and job preferences to promote skills-based hiring.

4. Empower your hiring team with the Coworkers tab 

Updates to this tab make it easier to organize who has access to your Hired account. Now, you have everything you need to manage your coworkers and users on Hired, bringing greater transparency and productivity to your hiring process.

Get account insights into the number of available Premium and Standard seats, how many are in use, and a summary of total seats. Arrange coworkers according to seat type or last login date. Easily view team members’ seat type and change seat type accordingly. Plus, you have the ability to deactivate or restore coworkers if needed.

5. Target candidates seeking hybrid roles with updated filtering 

Looking for candidates you’ll need in the office? Easily target candidates looking for hybrid roles with our updated filter feature. When creating a position, identify whether the role is hybrid, remote, or fully onsite. Candidates indicate their preference for hybrid roles within their profile. 

6. Amplify Team Insights with improved reporting

Demonstrate your data-driven strategies when you get more mileage from your Hired data. Reporting improvements include: 

• Premium and Standard users consolidated into one report
• New column for candidates viewed in a specific time range 
• Sourcing and response time on the platform are now rounded to the nearest half hour. 
• All of your data is downloadable as a CSV file for Google Sheets or Excel.
