Hired Integrates With Workable

Hired recently announced a partnership with Workable, a leader in the applicant tracking systems (ATS) space. This partnership continues Hired’s focus on allowing employers to extend their existing hiring systems and processes with Hired, making it easier for them to find motivated, high-quality tech talent.

Through this partnership, employers using Workable can quickly source software developers, UX/UI designers, product managers, and data scientists from Hired, and then feed those qualified candidates into the Workable system for intuitive interview tracking, scheduling, and more.

Hired’s SVP of Product, Wyatt Jenkins, explains the benefits this way: “The traditional recruiting model is broken, leaving candidates and companies frustrated by the hiring experience. At Hired, we are relentlessly focused on solving this problem by making it easier for companies to find the right tech talent. Our candidate-centric approach wouldn’t be possible without partnering with forward-looking companies like Workable. Together, we’re creating end-to-end experiences that decrease friction in the hiring process, making it easier for people find jobs they love and for businesses find the talent to fulfill their missions.”

Workable customers can rest easy knowing that Hired candidates are screened for both intent and quality — and only 5% of the 70,000 candidates that apply are accepted each month. With this integration, candidates that are in active conversations with customers will be automatically synced to Workable.

“Sourcing and identifying highly qualified candidates, especially for tech positions, is one of the biggest challenges employers face in the hiring process,” said Heath Allen, Workable’s Director of Partnerships. “Workable is committed to helping our customers solve this challenge, and integrating with companies like Hired allows our customers to seamlessly interact with the products they rely on to fill their open positions with the best talent.”
