The Mobile Engagement team is looking for a creative, hardworking, and inventive Software Test Lead who is passionate about mobile technology and Android. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on product quality, test processes, and product features.

If you have excellent teamwork, organization, testing, communication and debugging skills this could be the job for you. As part of a close-knit agile development team, you will own end-to-end feature quality and sign off for interrelated feature sets in a fast paced and exciting environment. Software Test Engineers are passionate about product quality while looking to improve and streamline the testing process.

About the role

* Own and participate in end-to-end feature testing and test strategies using industry best practices.
* Drive the investigation, reporting, and tracking of defects for our mobile applications.
* Define test scenarios, test cases, and identifies potential test automation.
* Maintain expertise in each feature area with proven knowledge of interrelated services.
* Coordinate closely with feature developers and offshore manual testers.
* Own and participate in efficient, timely and effective testing with by collaborating with developers, program managers, business owners and operations.
* Provide daily updates to related teams on progress against the timelines and goals. Help adjust to schedule risks as needed.

Who you are

* BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience required.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Excellent test planning and test case creation/maintenance skills required.
* 3+ years of testing experience (Android or iOS application testing a plus).
* Expertise in debugging test failures and automation test environments.
