RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager, you will -

* Implement and support high-performance, highly-available infrastructure on GCP and AWS
* Engage in service capacity planning, software performance analysis and system tuning
* Conduct on call duties for our US Product
* Own the day-to-day health, uptime, monitoring, and reliability of our cloud infrastructure
* Work closely with engineering and project management to develop tools and solutions
* Identify tactical issues and react to emerging areas of concern
* Identify unnecessary complexity and remove it

QUALIFICATIONS

* BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
* 3+ years experience in a DevOps, or equivalent role
* GCP experience, including but not limited to VPC, Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud Load Balance, Dataproc, Kubernetes
* Solid knowledge of the Linux command-line and architecture
* Experience with configuration management tools such as Puppet, Chef, Salt, or Ansible
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
* Demonstrated experience in network and Linux system troubleshooting and maintenance practices
