Job Description

Position Overview

The Support Analyst provides support, remotely, over the phone, onsite or via email. They provide technical guidance to customers in response to service requests, and accurately document technical issues to facilitate diagnostics and prompt solution. Also they manage tickets in the support queue to ensure customers are kept up-to-date and tickets are escalated appropriately.

Key Accountabilities

* Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals
* Responds to customer incidents and requests
* Associates degree or equivalent work experience.


* Excellent customer service and communication skills.


* Adept quick technical learner.


* Ability to work well under pressure and with very little supervision.


* Ability to work in an environment where deadlines are critical.


* Good knowledge of various Operating Systems (Windows 7/8 & 10).


* Good customer service skills


* Experience with Microsoft Remote Desktop and DameWare MRC.
