The SDK team is responsible for developing publicly distributed telemetry SDKs for languages that are popular in Azure, integrating these SDKs into the Azure platform and the telemetry pipeline in a seamless way and helping customers onboard their workloads. The SDK team has a critical role in collecting high quality signals for processing by the Azure telemetry platform which is used around the company.

* A 4-year degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
* 3 or more years of software development with at least one-year writing production code in a platform or library that is used.
* Experience with one or more of the languages listed.

The software engineer will be responsible for building easy to use, high performance libraries that are used by cloud and service developers. A proficiency in one or more of Java, Python, C++ and a familiarity with popular frameworks and tools in these languages will be invaluable in fulfilling the job requirements. The developer needs to be curious and passionate about developer experience all up and willing to go the extra mile to engage with and support the customer in a DevOps and ITOps models.
