The Service Management Developer is a key role on a collaborative project team, which is responsible for the design and development of Expeditors' Service Management suite of tools. These tools serve an essential role in the improvement and automation of technical and business processes. The Service Management Developer understands business problems and opportunities and applies technical skills in the design, development and testing of services, applications, and processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Development skills using JavaScript and SQL
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to communicate technical information both verbally and in writing to technical, non-technical, and management staff
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or an equivalent 3 to 5 years of experience in a technical role

Desired Qualifications:

* Development of CA Service Catalog services
* Orchestration of processes using CA's PAM scripting
* Experience implementing CA's CMDB
* Experience with Java
* Knowledge of Change Management processes
* Experience as a member of team working with stakeholders, peers, and analysts
* Experience with Eclipse IDE, Code Collaborator, and Git version control
