Job Description

The Capital Markets Company Inc. seeks Senior Consultant in New York, NY to manage complex, global programs displaying project management skills that focus on client relationship management, communicate strategic solutions for key issues, conflict resolution and consensus building, translating business needs into a strategic plan. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and four (4) years of experience in job offered or related position: utilizing systems and software development life cycle (SDLC) and software development methodologies including Agile and Waterfall; developing analytical work products using Microsoft tools including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, and project deliverables to present to stakeholders; creating project and staffing plans, focusing on schedules, interdependencies, utilizations, and budget; developing test strategy and test operating models, testing center of excellence(CoE), transformation program management, and test automation framework architecture, Agile test management, user acceptance test co-ordination, customer relationship management and delivery management; creating reusable service based models and frameworks and best practices to support business areas including wealth management, institution groups operations, and risk; performing impact analysis on client systems and products; and facilitating workshops to socialize design, solution, prototypes, and wireframes, and solicit feedback and training sessions to stakeholders. 80% travel required to various and unanticipated Capco and client sites nationally.
