Title: Senior Alfresco Developer - Technical Lead

Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on developer with excellent communication skills to lead the team of developers providing design and development guidance for developing next generation content platform built on top of Alfresco Content services. This content platform will be used to manage all content from authoring to publication. Good communication skills in English is mission critical. The position requires frequent interaction with other members of project team in multiple locations.

Responsibilities:

* Technical leadership in development team
* Define technical solution in a tasks assigned by Technology Lead
* Estimation of technical tasks
* Identify technical risks and advantages of chosen technology solution
* Ability to partially substitute Tech lead
* Development plan defining and tracking
* Feature implementation road map guarantee
* Risk addressing and solution finding
* Milestone and releases approval
* Data model design
* Source code quality in guarantee
* Technical documentation of provided solutions
* Code review for development team members
* Can independently make task decomposition and assigning
* Clarification requirements with BA
* Managing Junior developers
* Deployment on external environments

Requirements:

* BS in Computer science or related field or relevant experience
* 5+ years of experience developing Spring (version 3 or newer) based applications
* Must have a full understanding of the Alfresco Content Services (version 5) architecture
* Must have experience extending Alfresco via content modeling, web scripts, behaviors, actions and scheduled jobs
* Must have experience developing with TDD and related tool sets such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG
* Excellent Java (JDK 8+) programming skills
* Understanding of how to do CI/CD with Alfresco using github and Jenkins.
* Experience working with relational (Postgresql 9.x preferred) and non-relational (MongoDB) Databases
* Profound knowledge and significant experience in software development
* Experience working in agile teams
* Experience delivering solution in a fast-paced dynamic environment
* Good understanding of software development lifecycle
* Excellent communications skills
* Strong self-motivation
* Desire to learn new technology and tools

* Wide knowledge in modern IT trends
* Technical guidance experience

* Experience leading agile teams
* Experience building and deploying applications in AWS
