Samsara is seeking someone with Salesforce CPQ experience to design and implement solutions for our quote-to-cash systems. You will be both the primary configurator and ongoing developer/administrator supporting our CPQ system after its initial deployment, and you will play an important role in building Samsara's initial CPQ implementation.
Working closely with a senior management team that has successfully built and exited a billion-dollar business, you will develop tools to help scale our revenue-generating operations and increase sales efficiency. This is a multi-faceted role where you will work multi-functionally with our Sales, Product, Growth, Marketing, and Finance teams. This position is based in our San Francisco HQ.
* Partner with Sales, Sales Ops, Finance, and implementation partners to build and deploy Salesforce CPQ * Be the primary owner and admin of Salesforce CPQ after deployment * Improve processes and build tools to increase the efficiency of the sales organization and reduce sales cycle friction * Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and critical metrics * Assist in scaling the business for hyper growth
* Experience implementing and configuring Salesforce CPQ at a mid-size company or larger (500+ employees). * Understanding of Salesforce architectural considerations for leveraging Salesforce CPQ features. * Experience re-architecting existing systems and processes to support growing a sales team. * Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification or equivalent experience * Ability to deliver a scalable business solution from a set of requirements * Familiarity with Salesforce development best practices and design patterns * Excellent communication skills and proven success in a dynamic and collaborative environment
Ideal candidates will have:
* Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification or equivalent experience * Salesforce administration or development experience in a mid- to large-size sales organization * Experience architecting and building solutions from a complex set of requirements * Salesforce Trailhead badges and Superbadges (please provide a link to public Trailhead profile if possible)
