Job Description

* Quality Assurance Engineer Responsibilities:
*

Critical analysis of abstract feature use cases
* Develop test plans and testware for capabilities of our Student Product
* Assist in determining our test methodology and test data setup.
* Diagnose problems and report bugs and enhancements to Development.
* Proven experience with delivering high quality software products within a full development lifecycle
* Execute testware during formal test periods for every Workday Update.
* Interact effectively with all stakeholders, including peers, Product Management and Development.
* Provide regular status update against your and team's test plans through clear and effective communication skills.
* Build acceptance test scenarios for above mentioned products.
* Attitude and aptitude to be successful in a growing and rapidly changing company.

Nice to have experience in the following:

* 5+ years of functional knowledge in Higher Education as a practitioner, Business Analyst or Implementer- preferred functional knowledge in Student Financials in a bursar office.
* 2+ years of quality assurance experience is preferred.
* Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
