MathWorks is seeking a talented software engineer to join the MATLAB development team. This role will specifically help us launch our embedded optimization efforts at MathWorks. This role will play a key part in helping us expand our code generation features to enable deployment of solvers in the Optimization Toolbox.

Responsibilities

* Design and develop optimization solvers and interfaces in MATLAB or C++
* Implement optimization algorithms targeted for embedded optimization
* Drive projects from requirements gathering to design and implementation

Minimum Qualifications

* A bachelor's degree and 5 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree) is required.

Additional Qualifications

* Programming experience in MATLAB
* Programming experience in C++
* Knowledge of optimization and numerical linear algebra is a plus
