Through collaboration and innovation, our IS professionals lead the frontier in caring for our community. The Epic Radiant Analyst will support our Radiology teams in our Inpatient and Ambulatory locations to deliver effective and timely services to our patients. This small and resourceful team is looking for a dynamic analyst that is ready to contribute to their goals in upcoming projects. This position will work closely with their teammates to support our end users with expanding our Epic implementation to two more hospitals this fall, supporting our ACR select implementation and upcoming upgrades.

The Epic Radiant Analyst, under general direction, participates on cross functional, integrated teams to troubleshoot complex problems across multiple domains. They will help support decisions for implementation plans. Design, builds and tests system configuration. Translates business requirements into technical solutions through our ServiceNow ticket system. Conducts quality reviews of system builds impact Imaging and or Radiology procedures.

This is a Full-Time, Salaried position located at our centrally located San Diego, CA office. Relocation assistance offered to those that qualify.

Required Education/Experience/Certification:

* Critical and analytical thinking and excellent customer service skills.
* Exhibit clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
* Advanced troubleshooting skills.
* Organizational and project management skills.

Required Certification/Registration:

* Ability to obtain Epic Radiant Certification within 6 months of hire

Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:

* Epic Certification in any application
* Epic Radiant Certification
* Previous experience with Epic Implementations.
* Familiarity with workflows within Imaging operations.
* Epic foundational build experience.
* Experience with ServiceNow.
* Has led small projects or technical activities.
* Business acumen in functional area.
* Bachelor's degree
