Through collaboration and innovation, our IS professionals lead the frontier in caring for our community. The Epic Willow Ambulatory Analyst will support our Scripps Retail Pharmacy, Specialty Pharmacy and 340b Scripps Program. . This small and resourceful team is looking for a dynamic innovative analyst that is ready to contribute to their goals in upcoming projects. This position will work closely with their teammates to support our end users with upgrading and optimizing Epic as well as 3rd party application integrations.

The Epic Willow Ambulatory Analyst under general direction, participates on cross functional, integrated teams to troubleshoot complex problems across multiple domains. Will design, build and test system configuration. Translates business requirements into technical solutions and conducts quality reviews of system builds.

This is a Full Time, Salaried position located at our centrally located San Diego office. Position offers relocation assistance for those that qualify.

Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:

* Excellent critical and analytical thinking and excellent customer service skills.


* Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.


* Advanced troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.


* Excellent organizational and project management skills.



Required Certification/Registration:

* Current active Epic Certification in any application


* Ability to obtain Epic Willow Certification within 6 months of hire



Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:

* Epic Willow Certification or Proficiency


* Retail Pharmacy Experience


* Strong Willow Foundational Build Experience


* Has led small projects or technical activities.


* Business acumen in functional area.


* Bachelors degree
