Job overview and responsibilities

The data analytics engineering team is tasked with productizing and product ionizing data related functions, such as machine learning and artificial intelligence, which are emerging branches of traditional business intelligence. These emerging branches are experiencing rapid growth and change, and we need an asset to manage that growth and change, especially when they are still in their infancy.

* Work with different teams of data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders in projects covering everything from forecasting, resource allocation, and customer care

* Architect, design, and test a wide variety of services, tooling, & infrastructure that aims to support data products around algorithm development, like Data engineering and Machine Learning (ML)

* Manage and work with internal and external teams (e.g., vendors, consultants) to execute projects

* Test, develop, and advice on best practices for data engineering and data science projects

* Develop a machine learning ops system/framework to deploy ML/AI models at scale into production

Required

* BS in a STEM field
* Strong skills in statistics, machine learning, and/or deep learning,

Solid knowledge of coding and design skills in Python, Java/Scala (additionally C++ & R is a plus)

3-5 years experience in the following areas:

* Designing, developing, and deploying services
* Designing, developing, & maintaining your data flows
* Using different flavors of SQL & modeling relational tables
* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
* Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
* Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

Preferred

* MS in a STEM field
