About Hub Group

Job Description

CaseStack is an industry leader in logistics outsourcing and consolidation solutions. For the past six years, CaseStack has been recognized as one of Arkansas Governor's "Best Places to Work". In 2018, CaseStack was acquired by Hub Group, a NASDAQ-listed (HUBG), $4 billion leader in supply chain solutions and multi-modal transportation. We seek self-motivated leaders with the confidence and desire to be part of a high-performance team.

As a Client Development Manager you will play a vital role in leading the definition, development and deployment of supply chain solutions for CaseStack's clients, which are consumer packaged goods companies. You will be responsible for overseeing the client's experience by working in a team environment and guiding the various internal functions with touch points to the client - including sales, operations, accounting and information technology. In this role you will manage multiple projects to ensure successful, high-quality service levels during client implementation and throughout the client's relationship with CaseStack. Additionally, you will seek expansion opportunities and ensure the client's continued satisfaction with CaseStack. The ideal candidate for this position must exhibit the business acumen and flexibility required to successfully work with all levels of the client's organization - from "C" level to entry level.

Periodic travel will be required (up to 30%).
