Conversant Media's Online Solutions group (a division of Epsilon) is looking for someone who is excited about technology and enjoys being an integral part of a growing team. The online behavioral targeting business is burgeoning at Epsilon, and we're looking for someone that wants to get in early on a big opportunity.

We rely on our Technical Coordinators to run and manage all of our online products. The Online Solutions group wants people who strive to deliver the best results for our internal and external clients. The primary responsibility is to run applications in support of clients and partner. We need people committed to providing high quality service and results.

Essential Job Functions

The Technical Coordinator position will focus on running and supporting all client and partner applications. You will act as a liaison between our clients, partner teams and engineering. The responsibilities for this position include:

* Run jobs in support of clients and partners
* Configure application parameters and job scheduling
* Validate the results and the quality of the job output
* Provide job results in a timely manner
* Maintain an organized environment for all jobs and results
* Provide a detailed and up to date status of jobs to stake holders
* Document processes
* Participate in operational improvements and engineering enhancements

Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Requirements

* 1 years of work experience in a technology organization is desired
* Working knowledge of digital advertising and programmatic technologies (e.g. Facebook, Google, DSPs/DMPs, etc.) preferred.
* Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage time efficiently.
* Excellent communication skills
* Deadline focused, detail oriented, well organized and self-motivated.
* Desired Technical skills: experience with Unix/Linux, exposure to a relational database, specifically Oracle.
* Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
