Prepare status reports, document the processes and workflows, enable broad utilization of the tools by developing trainings." id="hdnJobOverview" />The Multimedia Systems team is looking for a talented, passionate and experienced Program Analyst. You will be working with a team of motivated, high-energy professionals that are responsible for the fiscal project management of a large Multimedia R&D engineering organization. The role involves developing tools and workflows to support the operations & engineering leads with management of project finances, resources. Responsibilities will include but not limited to: Creation and maintenance of tools that assist in management of project budgets and operations Provide weekly budget tracking reports and identify trends making use of the tools Monitor, review and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the tools. Prepare status reports, document the processes and workflows, enable broad utilization of the tools by developing trainings. 3+ years Program Analyst experience or related work experience.

1+ years working with operating budgets, resources, and/or project financials.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (including Word, Excel, PPT, MS Project, Visio), Excel automation and Sharepoint, Jira, Tableau or other equivalent tools Experience with working on Mobile platforms, applications and Multimedia technologies. Excellent verbal/written communication skills and mature interpersonal skills.
