Job Overview CSPA, will Facilitate Overall Bring Up logistics to include: creation of Lab floor layout and bench assignments; platform approvals, support shipping logistics and distribution; provide information package for lab access, ESD and placing orders. Coordinate lab equipment requirements and supply for both domestic and intl teams (J-tag, platforms, equipment, accessories). Understand and facilitate BU logistics details (identify estimated chip throughput, route of chips to BU lab vs Bldg M, timing for HW builds based off BRF availability, prioritize & deliver HW to BU teams). Coordinate bringup meals and team building events.

The Program Analyst should be able to foster and maintain excellent working relationships across a myriad of individuals and teams. Work with demand analysts and planners to ensure that build plans are submitted to offshore/onshore suppliers that meet the requirements of the program. This includes managing SAT/Foundry inventory of raw material required for builds, and monitor/ track overall logistics, analyze impacts for supply changes to overall project objectives, and work with the Sales and Operations teams to help align supply builds with external customer demand. Work with Platform Solutions PMs and Demand Analysts to ensure the on time builds and delivery of development platform hardware. Attend weekly forecast and allocation meetings. May be assigned to work time sensitive allocations and report back to chipset and allocation teams." id="hdnJobOverview" />Successful candidate will assist the chipset Program Manager and program team by managing complex task assignments, platform enablement, budgeting and tracking, schedule creation, maintenance and metrics tracking. The CSPA will work with program managers, project analysts, individual engineers and other key contributors to obtain information on project status and potential challenges and update schedules as required. Must understand project constraints and then recommend solutions or changes to the Plan of Record(POR) within the scope of the project boundaries. Develop status reports including high-level milestones and implement POR under the supervision of program managers. Recommend alternate course of action where applicable. Communicate and interact with multiple engineering functions, procurement, marketing, operations and other departments to assess and report latest factors and/or requirements effecting the build schedules and project deliverables.
