Ability to stay abreast with the trends associated with this Technology to influence and educate the Business around functional areas and industry usages of the product to help promote the value proposition around additional capabilities for future.

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education required. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
* BS / MS or BA / MBA preferred.
* Minimum of 7 years' work experience in a Business and / or Information Technology environment. * Minimum of 4 years' work experience leading teams and providing work direction. * Experience implementing and supporting packaged software / commercial off the shelf software (COTS) * Experience managing vendor relationships * Experience working with business partners and vendors to plan and influence application roadmaps * Experience planning resource and financial budgets * Experience with People leadership; coaching team members to foster professional growth, conducting performance appraisals, etc. * Demonstrated industry and business acumen that can be applied to the finance business functions * Track record of having a balanced approach to people leadership, thought leadership and project delivery * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Experience working in business and system transformation projects leveraging both On-Premise Software and Software as a Service * Experience with an SAP-ERP or similar packaged software * Experience supporting complex integrations (inbound/outbound) in the SAP ERP landscape * Strong skill set in SAP Interfaces especially with IDOCs * Experience in Data conversion * Knowledge of IBM Datacap software or AP Imaging software * Experience with Content Management / Services software * Experience defining and managing governance processes associated with citizen development on High-Productivity Application Platform as a Service technology * Experience leading technical, functional and project management resources *
* May be asked on occasions to lift and/or pull weights loads of approx. 20 lbs. on a periodic basis. * May require extended work hours per Leaders' request. * Must be able to climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop on a periodic basis.
* General knowledge of business/Leadership principals, including planning, organizing, directing, developing, and supervising. * General knowledge of personnel practices and regulations. * General knowledge of software development practices, concepts, methodologies, tools and trends . * Proficient knowledge of project management methodologies. * 5+ years' experience with an or all areas of Finance, Accounting, Treasury and Tax * Experience with at least 2 full life-cycle implementations * Ability to participate in and contribute to thought leadership efforts * Working knowledge of an ERP-SAP landscape leveraging SAP-FICO, SAP-HCM, SAP-Ariba a plus * Working knowledge of SAP Cloud Solutions * Strong knowledge and understanding of SAP Software and project implementation methodology.
* Excellent partnering, negotiation and communication skills in order to facilitate interactions with business Customers and technology teams. * Provides tactical leadership for Team(s) * Uses appropriate motivation and influence techniques to achieve desired Team results. * Sets and manages stakeholder expectations. * Delivers quality projects on time and within budget. * Manages projects using the organization's project management methodology. * Working knowledge of Agile practices - experience and certification in SAFE a plus
* Limited travel with potential for increased/decreased travel based upon Technology Department needs.
Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines.
