The Sr Administrator/Developer, ServiceNow will bring ServiceNow System Development and Systems Administration skills, including experience with integrations and DevOps.

Responsibilities:

* Serve as administrator and developer for the ServiceNow platform
* Consult with the lead developers, business process owners, customers, users and constituents to develop and analyze customer requirements
* Collaborate with members of project teams to ensure successful, technically sound projects which are completed on time and on budget
* Design and implement client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, business rules, workflows, and otherwise configure or modify ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements
* Design and implement integration via REST and SOAP API, as well as JDBC and PowerShell scripting
* Collaborate with internal and external teams to design and implement DevOps solutions
* Track, prioritize, and implement enhancement requests and defect corrections, while leveraging formal Change Management processes.
* Collaborate with internal colleagues to design and implement data feeds/interfaces with other systems, including databases, monitoring tools, LDAP, etc.
* Coordinate and perform application upgrades in partnership with vendors and internal colleagues
* Perform application testing
* Create and maintain system design and operations documentation
* Develop and maintain procedural documents relating to the management of the platform
* Provide advanced application support to internal team members
* Provide training and knowledge transfer to other employees as necessary
* Assist in IT process implementation and support as necessary
* Participate in occasional after hours releases for major implementations
* Provide "on call" support on a periodic basis as required

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
* Experience creating, updating, and interpreting JavaScript, AngularJS and scripts
* Experience with DevOps, including but not limited to Jenkins, Git, Chef, Ansible and Puppet
* Knowledge of ServiceNow database hierarchies and design
* Experience with detailed components of ServiceNow, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management
* Experience with additional add on components of ServiceNow such as HR Service Management, Legal, Facilities Management, Security Operations and IT Finance
* Ability to create and configure forms and screen updates in ServiceNow
* 4 or more years administering and developing on ServiceNow platform
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
* Experience with Agile development
* Experience with JavaScript, HTML/CSS and AngularJS
* Experience with PowerShell, REST, SOAP and SQL
* Experience with integrating third party applications such as AD, Monitoring Tools and other instances of ServiceNow
* Cloud development experience
* System Development: 5 years
* System Administration: 7 years
* JavaScript: 5 years
* HTML/CSS: 5 years
* AngularJS: 2 years



Desired Qualifications:

* ITIL Foundation Certification
* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
