The Senior IT Change/Release Coordinator will be responsible for supporting R1's global IT Service Management processes. We are looking for a self-starter with a strong technical and business background, who enjoys collaborating with other talented team members and has a strong desire to deliver world-class IT services to our organization and our customers.

Responsibilities:

* Provide support and facilitate Change and Release activities.
* Organize and participate in cross-functional meetings, including Change Board and deployment planning meetings.
* Contribute to the documentation and lifecycle management of changes.
* Coordinate major infrastructure projects with the technical and business leaders.
* Maintain documentation of the Change and Release process.
* Manage the change and release calendar to ensure maintenance downtime is communicated to appropriate stakeholders.
* Facilitate live support and coordination for release activities.
* Report on key Change / Release metrics and identify and drive improvement across the organization.
* Facilitate internal/external audits.
* Champion and ensure compliance to R1's Change and Release process.
