The Challenge

Adobe Spark is looking for a highly motivated individual to join the development team to own the quality and test automation charge. You will be responsible for automating and ensuring the quality of Adobe Spark on web and mobile, providing a direct positive impact for millions of creative users.

Responsibilities

* Enthusiastically advocate for our users; promote simplicity, ease-of-use, and delightful experiences.
* Build and evolve automation systems, suites, and quality approaches for Adobe Spark features and services.
* Create functional, integration, and unit tests for new and existing features.
* Develop API tests to validate integrations between complex systems.
* Join the development team release over release, constantly improving automation frameworks and test coverage as the product evolves.
* Collaborate with other developers to ensure code being written is testable.
* Develop small applications to use for testing purposes.

What You'll Need to Succeed

* A user-first quality mindset.
* Strong Javascript/HTML/CSS skills and knowledge of core web technologies (e.g. web security, the DOM, Canvas and WebGL rendering, asynchrony, workers, performance optimization, etc)
* Passion for automating away manual regression efforts and pain!
* Experience automating complex systems integration scenarios.
* Excellent knowledge of software testing fundamentals.
* 4-5+ years professional test automation experience.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
* Frontend web and backend service performance testing and tuning experience a plus.
* Mobile testing experience a plus!
