Lightroom mobile is one of the most successful mobile products at Adobe, surpassing 1M downloads per week, and we are growing the customer base at a rapid pace. In order to capitalize on this growth opportunity, we are looking for a software engineer who can drive a series of data-driven, in-product and out-of-product experiments to improve the user onboarding experience and to drive user engagement and retention.

Responsibilities:

* Implement and integrate Adobe Target to run various UI and on-boarding experiments
* Expand the existing product architecture to enable experimentation at scale
* Analyze and optimize workflows based on experimentation results
* Work closely with the growth initiative team to implement in-product experiments
* Work with external teams at Adobe, as necessary, to optimize out-of-product experiences

Requirements:

* BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years' experience
* Expertise with C/Objective C/C++/Swift programming
* Expertise with Apple app frameworks, such as UIKit
* Expertise with Adobe Target for optimizing digital experiences
* Experience with data-driven development best practices and A/B testing techniques
* Familiarity with photography or digital asset management is a plus
* Passion for creating quality applications that customers love
* Android experience is a plus
