Assist management teams with staff development, sustainment of the ServiceNOW development capability, creation of centers of practice and centers of excellence and contribute to the development and maintenance of the enterprise IT strategy and long-range strategic roadmap with respect to ServiceNOW and ITSM/ITOM in general. Consult with leaders of other functional areas to discover overlaps and synergies in responsibility and technology. Contribute to and maintain a library of intellectual property, documentation, specifications, build-to/as-built designs, data architecture and other artifacts pertinent to and generated by ServiceNOW, ITSM and ITOM development activities.
REQUIREMENTS: 6-10 years' experience in ServiceNOW project design, development, integration and management. Completion or demonstrable progress toward multiple SNOW certifications: System Administrator, Advanced System Administrator, Application Developer, e.g. Deep familiarity with multiple ServiceNOW modules, capabilities, applications and services including, but not limited to Asset Management, Incident Management, Configuration Management Database, Change Management, Performance Analytics, Problem Management, SecOps Management, Event Management, Portfolio Management and Risk Management. Hands on experience with ServiceNOW HRCM and ITOM a plus. Experience with enterprise dashboard development, data analytics and data visualization is highly desirable.
