This individual will be responsible for translating business marketing requirements into full functional product specifications and working with Development and QA to ensure that GA deliverables meet the desired business goals.
Principal duties and responsibilities:
* Functional specification design and documentation, including logic flows & wireframes as it pertains to the IEP capabilities.• Manage roadmap and new feature rollout schedule with Product Management team • Participate in Beta/production rollout testing• Track/identify bugs and open issues related to new product/feature releases• Manage the process for tracking open development bugs and feature/future enhancements requests for existing products• Performing hands-on technical troubleshooting on regular basis for both internal/external teams• Track and analyze daily product performance via coordination with operations team• Ensure final deliverables meets business requirements
* Perform tasks related to securing and keeping the products, tools, and processes that you are responsible for securing
Knowledge, skills and qualifications -
Education: Bachelors degree
Minimum years of work experience: 5 yrs
* Experience with all major web browsers, web sites, web-based technologies
Preferred skills: Human Factors / Information Architect or development experience a big plus
