Job Description

The Microsoft Authenticator mobile app team is looking for a Senior Program Manager who is passionate about helping all people improve their identity security through innovative mobile experiences that leverage bio gestures, password-less standards, and cross-platform integration.

We are a small agile team that supports both consumers as well as enterprises making up the nearly 1 billion active monthly accounts across all Microsoft applications and services. The Authenticator applications play a key role making strong security easy for all types of users and is at the leading edge of moving people to password-less experiences. This historic shift in fundamental account behaviors will be changing the way all of us interact with modern technology.

Required Qualifications:

* BS or MS in Computer Science, or relevant industry experience
* 5+ years experience as an Engineering Program Manager

Preferred qualifications

* Experience designing for, working in and managing services at global scale
* Excellent PM fundamentals: design savvy, technical depth, scenario-driven focus, deep and diverse customer empathy, passion for learning, data-driven can-do creativity, serious PM persuasion skills, balanced with a seasoned sense of humor
* Experience leading products and teams to success
* Creativity and optimism grounded in practical engineering and business know-how

The ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements is required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the Microsoft Cloud Background Check. This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
