We are looking for an experienced engineering manager to lead our iOS and Android mobile apps for consumer and enterprise products.

Responsibilities:

* Own architecture, development and delivery of iOS and Android mobile apps for Lookout consumer and enterprise products
* Work with product managers to align mobile apps engineering initiatives and deliverables with the broader roadmap
* Drive client quality initiatives working with quality engineering teams
* Actively participate in design and code review sessions
* Determine best engineering practices and promote them in the team and across Lookout
* Lead, grow and mentor highly talented engineering team members

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
* Around 10+ years of professional industry experience and 5 years of experience in leading high performance engineering teams as a manager
* Demonstrated leadership in developing and delivering mobile and SaaS related products
* A deeper understanding of mobile systems (iOS and Android) and mobile and web app development experience (C/C++, Obj-C/Swift, Java/RxJava/Kotlin, ReactJS etc.)
* Experience operating highly scalable and highly available systems with a strong focus on monitoring and alerting systems.
* Excellent ability to attract, lead, and mentor engineers
* Proven track record of solid execution
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience with security is a plus
