Senior Engineer - M&S

Headquarted in Anaheim, CA, IEC is a recognized leader in defense and security solutions, providing critical technology advancements in the areas of GPS/Position Navigation and Timing, and Range and Test Solutions.

Job Summary:

Responsible for modeling and simulation (M&S) of GPS-based Navigation Systems Signal Processing. Will also be responsible for algorithm development, modeling, system simulation, implementation and verification with emphasis on military GPS receivers. The engineer will participate in the product development process including structured requirements and design reviews.

Required Education/Experience:

Position requires a Bachelor or Master's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) or related discipline, and a minimum of 5 years overall professional experience, and a passion to pursue a career with L3 IEC.

* Ideal candidates will recently have 5 years of experience with modeling and simulation experience.
* Experience with MATLAB modeling and simulation tools is required.
* Experience with Simulink is desired.
* Must have strong math background and digital/analog signal processing experience.
* Must have strong communication and presentation skills.
* Experience with requirements development/management is a .

Special Requirements: Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet and maintain eligibility requirements for access to classified information. An Active or Current US DoD SECRET clearance is strongly desired.
