We are seeking talented and motivated Senior Analyst to join our team. Joining our team will provide you with the opportunity to work for a best-in-industry company while utilizing and enhancing your customer service and technical skills. You will be assigned as a second level support analyst. The successful candidate will support users in resolving hardware and software issues and provide troubleshooting support for operational technology.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Manage Service Level 2 tickets with turnaround time of 30-40 minutes each
* Resolve hardware and software issues, support & troubleshoot for Windows, PC's and Mac's.
* Check error codes and logs to investigate the root cause of issues and provide resolution within timely manner.
* Present complex, technical ideas to a non-technical audience
* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and adherence to service level agreements
* Exercise good judgment for prioritization and time allocation
* Work independently and adapt to changing circumstances

QUALIFICATIONS

* High School Diploma or GED with 10+ years' experience in the IT support field
* Bachelors' degree preferred
* MCSA - Windows 10 preferred , but not required
* Office 365 experience preferred, but not required
* Experience meeting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and working in a fast-paced environment
* Good knowledge of Active Directory & Microsoft Office applications
* Experience problem solving and possesses the ability to work independently
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
