* Manage a global team of employees and consultants across multiple locations.
* Manage System testing for all Billing Functions including Core billing, Rating, Taxation, Collections, Journals, Booking, Product config, Pricing and Bill format etc.
* Manage Bill cycle processing needs for release and system testing for all batch processes and downstream feeds to finance and data warehouse etc.
* Manage Interface testing with upstream and downstream systems to billing.
* Manage a release with 70+ Projects.
* Drive multiple complex programs and deliver with high quality.
* Setup global center of excellence and community of practice for billing testing.
* Transform the testing with new ways to ensure flawless customer experience and drive revenue and quality.
* Drive KPIs for billing quality and provide leadership to modify and/or establish new KPI and measure the results on regular basis.
* Provide leadership and direction in transforming Billing system testing to be more agile and nimble to turnaround testing in less time with 100% quality.
* Partners with Release Management, Project management and Development teams to drive Enterprise release and strategic projects.
* Provide leadership to design, develop and implement processes to ensure Release quality, Revenue and Customer experience.
* Responsible for decisions related to prioritization and escalation of incidents, technical and business communication on projects and continuous improvement scoping and prioritization.
* Facilitates and drives lessons learned through root cause analysis to outline objectives that can be completed in order to be more agile without losing customer focus and quality.
* Provide industry research and leadership to drive best practices in testing like Code coverage, scenario coverage.

What we're looking for...

You'll need to have:

* Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
* Six or more years of relevant work experience.
* Experience in driving complex billing projects and provide solutions.
* Experience in Billing, Rating, Payments, Journalization, Booking, Taxation, Collections, Product Catalog, Pricing and bill format.
* Experience in batch processing and bill cycle processing.
* Experience in leading and managing diverse teams supporting Billing system specific testing and automation.
* Experience working in an onshore/offshore model.

Even better if you have:

* A degree in in science or relevant.
* Experience in Batch Processing and Bill Cycle processing.
* Experience in Billing Interface testing with billing like finance.
* Experience in a DevOps software development environment and experience with testing Billing conversion and migration projects.
* Experience in project management including waterfall and agile methodologies.
* Experience in billing test automation, batch automation and processing automation.
* Three or more years of experience in establishing and driving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Experience in both Mainframe and open system billing systems like Amdocs, Netcracker.
* Experience with API Testing and Web Testing.
