General Summary of Position:

The QA reporting team ensures the accuracy of the Product Pricing team, works with management on departmental projects and develops team process improvements. They field technical and billing questions from the team.

The QA team ensures SLAs are met in order to guarantee efficiency and accuracy. They utilize technical skills and analytical ability to ensure all department items are covered.

They are the final review on all implementations for the department.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Perform QA check on audits and system updates
* Review issue items prior to management escalation
* Perform testing and review of IT initiatives impacting the department
* Report on issues found with root cause and impacts
* Review notifications for vendor and industry changes
* Analyze company billings for accuracy
* Data analysis

Required Qualifications:

* Four year undergraduate degree
* Attention to detail
* Excellent research skills
* Strong analytical skills
* Desire to learn about a rapidly changing industry
* Ability to work equally well under supervision and independently
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Advanced Excel skills
* Accountability

Preferred Qualifications:

* 2+ years in a research position
* Previous experience in a telecommunications environment, especially in billing
* Proficiency in MS Access /SQL/PowerPivot
* Experience with impact analysis
