The Project Coordinator will assist the Project Manager with daily tasks to ensure projects are executed smoothly to support our proprietary technology, VALO, for clients. This person will be responsible for meeting project requirements and controlling costs, through coordinating and effectively utilizing the resources for the project.

responsibilities

* Manage project tasks supporting VALO sites for clients
* Produce and keep task timelines up to date
* Identify and manage project risks and communicate them to Project Manager and internal stakeholders
* Run internal calls and meetings, compile notes, and distribute them to teams
* Provide timely and accurate reporting of activities to project stakeholders
* Contribute to process enhancements to roll out to the organization
* Provide product knowledge to problem solve minor project issues as they occur and coordinate solutions with appropriate resources
* Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge of our technology offerings
* Assist with the resolution of site issues with support teams
* Work proactively in both independent and team situations
* Adhere to PMO processes and guidelines

requirements

* 1+ years of related experience
* Project coordination experience in IT or digital agency preferred
* Experience managing multiple tasks with varying levels of complexity
* Some knowledge of project management methodologies (waterfall, agile, etc.) a plus
* Proficiency with project management tools (timeline, task, and time tracking software)
* Organized and works with minimal supervision
* Thorough attention to detail required
* Ability to understand complex written or verbal instructions/requirements
* Entrepreneurial minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and succeed
* Must possess a high energy and a sense of urgency
* Must demonstrate a high-level of responsiveness in communicating with other members of the team and other internal stakeholders using all forms of communication
* Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask is required
