Come join us at Motorola Solutions, as a member of the Smart Public Safety Solutions (SPSS) Delivery team in North America! As a Solutions Engineer, you will work directly with our customers in mission-critical environments and help them solve problems when it matters most. You will be working with key products from Motorola and ensuring they integrate into customer's existing environments and applications, providing complex solutions. We are looking for world-class Solutions Engineers who are energized by delivering solutions that truly make a difference.

We are looking for team members who love challenges and have experience delivering complex IT projects. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:

Qualifications :

Travel is a must; this position is a customer facing role and requires 25-50% travel.

Be a dynamic communicator and love working with people of all levels.

Have 8+ years' experience in multiple IT disciplines such as:

Server Hardware

Server Virtualisation

Networking

Firewalls

SAN Storage

Databases servers (MS SQL)

Must love developing solutions for integrating systems into complex environments.

Must thrive on problem solving and troubleshooting

Advanced Network knowledge is required including dynamic routing, multitenant networks, and data center networking.

VDI Experience is critical

Must thrive on troubleshooting networks in a multivendor/multitenant environment

Must be a US Citizen and able to pass an extensive background check for CJIS certification.
