Job Description

The PMO Project Manager will be responsible for managing a wide variety of projects, ranging from Design & Construction to Change to Technology to boutique business and service delivery projects.

S/he must be able to network with and communicate effectively with senior internal and external personnel, key contacts and vendors both within and outside his/her area of expertise.

S/he must be able to quickly define the scope and cost of a project, create a project plan, and execute the project independently using a variety of assets and liaising with stakeholders across the company and client(s).

S/he should be able to turn ambiguity into a tight plan, thrive at producing outstanding outcomes under pressure, and excel at holding people accountable to deliver against tight timelines.

S/he will be responsible for managing project risk, conducting after-action reviews and documenting lessons learned from each project, and will support the Project Management Office manager on day-to-day tasks when not assigned projects.

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
* 10 years of experience managing projects across a variety of project management domains, e.g., construction, technology, change, or business improvement projects with a track record of delivering projects and programs on schedule and budget.
* Demonstrated abilities and experience in project management standards and best practices, business analysis, and problem-solving.
* Change management or transformational experience is a bonus (i.e. shaping your own business, managing a business unit during a growth or transformational period, etc.)
