Job Description

CACI is seeking an Operations and Support Lead to support a Marine Corps Oracle R12 based ERP that provides near real-time visibility of retail supply, wholesale supply, equipment maintenance, and repair transactions.

What You'll Get to Do:

* You will work as the lead of a centralized Operations Center that includes a robust Help Desk Team, providing Oracle EBS R12 Tier1/Tier 2 functional analysis and problem resolution for user reported problems.
* Operations and Support resources work closely with users, technical solution developers, and Oracle Functional resources to perform analysis, design and delivery of solutions for reported problems.

More About the Role:

* Leading a team to analyze and resolve solutions to functional issues and elevating defects and change requests through the problem resolution process.
* Documenting help desk trouble tickets in the Online Ticket Reporting System tool and leveraging to create metrics and frequently asked question guides.
* Managing the process of receiving and analyzing help desk tickets to develop resolutions specific to the problem or to escalate for additional analysis and troubleshooting.
* Conducting and participating in recurring weekly meetings with deployed customer helpdesk partners to capture user issues and share lessons learned.
* Supporting development and maintenance of websites and tools to facilitate information exchange.
* Developing and delivering functional helpdesk training sessions for users and helpdesk team members.
* Providing supervision to release management requirements

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

* Ability to lead a team of functional analysts to meet program priorities and resolve escalated issues
* Utilize metrics and program information to inform decision making
* Prior demonstrated sustainment support experience on an Oracle EBS program
* Demonstrated functional knowledge of Oracle R12 Budget to Report, Cost Accounting, Order to Fulfill, Procure to Pay, Acquire to Retire and Time and Labor
* Current Secret Clearance or ability to attain a Secret Security Clearance
* Bachelor's degree in related field and minimum 8 years of related experience
* ITIL v3 Practitioner
* HDI-TSP
* Must be a U.S. Citizen with at least an interim DOD Secret clearance or higher

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

* Prior Oracle workflow experience in the DOD/Federal Government environment
* Help Desk ticketing system and incident escalation experience
* ITIL-compliant best practices for service desk management
* Experience supporting a USMC/DON IT related program
