Job Description

Performs non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery.

Develops project plans and coordinates cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget.

Duties and tasks are varied and complex; independent judgment needed. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Prefer 5 years of project management or related experience.

* This position is in Oracle NetSuite's innovative ISV Programs (SuiteCloud Developer Network) and includes both Project Management and Financial Services Product introduction responsibilities in our Banking as a Service (BaaS) Program.
* 5 years experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
* 5 years experience in program role out and portfolio management
* 3 years experience in enterprise software industry and SaaS.
* Related certifications an asset (i.e. SPC4.5, CSM, CSPO, CSP, SDP)
* Strong leadership, administration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to effectively network and communicate with different types and levels of staff and external contacts, both in writing and verbally. Ability to build trust broadly across the organization and with partners, and to manage interactions and influence without authority, including at the c-level.
* Proven ability to manage large volumes of tasks and milestones across portfolios.
* Demonstrated aggressive, persuasive and creative problem solving skills.
* Bachelors Degree in related field is preferred.
