Locations:US-New York, NY (3 Park)

Description:

* Troubleshoot and create solutions for technical production issues, including TM management, script development for data manipulation, and defining strategies for successful project executions.
* Perform re-engineering changes to accommodate localization-related adjustments.
* Provide localization support to both the Client Services team and Language Production teams.
* Ensure compliance with clients' requirements and integrity of data.
* Interface and coordinate with project management and art-graphics personnel, sales, and customers, and provide input to pre-sale planning and estimating of projects.
* Provide support to operations and sales management.
* Prepare files for localization, provide quotes, examine code in localized files, and troubleshoot display issues.
* Perform analysis of websites and applications for localization potential and evaluate time and material requirements for localizations.
* Provide quotes on new projects for marketing and sales departments.
* Perform other special projects or duties when required.

Minimum Degree Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics Science, or a closely related field.

Minimum Experience Requirements:

Requires 1 year of experience in the localization industry including experience in the following:

* 1 year of experience with coding and web design.
* 1 year of experience in computer scripting using Perl, ASP, Java, and JSP.
* 1 year of experience with markup languages including XML, HTML, and XLIFF.
* 6 months of experience with DOS batch script.

Experience may be gained concurrently.
