IT Agile Coach Innovate to solve the world's most important challenges

Senior ScrumMaster / Junior Agile Coach who will teach, facilitate, guide and support Agile projects, teams and practitioners under the guidance of the Agility Transformation Director and Senior Agile Coaches to leverage Agile values, principles, practices. Serves as a subject matter expert on Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP etc.) and provides support to enable Agile projects as needed. Works with development teams and project management to improve processes and support better outcomes as well as to prepare teams. May facilitate ceremonies, workshops and other sessions as needed. Performs agile readiness assessments and maturity assessments. Embraces servant leadership and displays behaviors that come with the key mindset shifts associated with being agile. Serves as ScrumMaster or Team Facilitator for the Agile Enablement Team and Agility Transformation Director in an exciting, evolving IT Transformation environment. The Agile Coach will also provide support for the ongoing activities of the Agile Enablement team, including the development of training, communications, continual process improvement, automation of the enablement processes, forms, metrics and reporting.

Serve as Agile SME and facilitator, mentor, trainer, and consultant.

Provides coaching of Scrum teams, Kanban teams and teams using a variety of Agile practices

Assesses team maturity and coaches the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and appropriate for the team and organization

Supports the digital and Agile transformation activities with the PMO under the direction of the Agility/DevOps Director

Facilitates discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.

Work well with other coaches and consultants.

YOU MUST HAVE

* CSM on the path to A-CSM or CSP or Agile Coaching
* 2 years of experience as an Agile coach, ScrumMaster or practitioner
* 2 years of experience in a software development or information technology environment
* Bachelor degree

* Familiar with Agile framework support tools like JIRA and Confluence
* Good technical skills in Microsoft office, Teams, Skype
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to collaborate with other coaches and trainers to build Agile delivery capabilities.
* Strong understand of industry standard SDLC approaches and project methodologies for Agile, Traditional, Rapid Application Development, etc.
