Job Description

Provide comprehensive inspection and measure installation verification services for a host of residential energy efficiency programs for internal and external customers in the NYC/LI area. You will support focus on accuracy, timely feedback, and customer satisfaction. You will drive timely identification, investigation, resolution, root cause analysis of issues related to the EE measures installed in end use customer homes. You will develop broad understanding of customer needs, and record and report on their feedback about the work performed in their homes. You will support the knowledge-sharing mindset, methodology, and tools associated with the programs this contract serves. You will help develop Technical Support processes. You will ensure proper documenting and recording of all activity and communication.

YOU MUST HAVE

* High School Diploma
* Experience in building trades
* Valid Driver's License

WE VALUE

* Building Performance Institute (BPI) certifications
* Home Performance contracting experience
* Knowledge of New York EE programs
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
* Construction background is preferred
* Good interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills
* Strong continuous improvement mindset, strong leadership impact
* Experience with Salesforce.com, SharePoint, and MS Office productivity software
* Coachability and Self-motivation
