Security Business Analyst
As a member of the Risk & Security team at Blackstone, you will work with a group of talented individuals in a highly team-oriented environment to create the next generation of innovative Security solutions for Blackstone. We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a proven track record of success across driving large projects and organizational change.
As part of the Identity Access Management team within Risk & Security, you will contribute to fine tuning the firm-wide on-boarding process and become a trusted resource on the firm's end-to-end workflow access provisioning process, including approval workflows, team responsibilities, and automated data feeds.
In order to be successful, you will leverage your experience and procedural knowledge to redesign the current program and successfully message it to the firm's many stakeholders.
Skills and experience:
We are currently seeking a Business Analyst who must be entrepreneurial and have a passion to be a change agent and increase productivity at one of the world's top financial firms.
Demonstrated significant leadership experience as a team lead or similar role
Project management experience, 2+ years preferred; internal audit and compliance engagements/experience a plus.
A self-starting, entrepreneurial attitude. A desire to be a part of and help grow a great team and organization.
The passion to learn, grow, and help us to improve our business Bachelor's degree or higher.
Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
Capacity to work within complex systems and large data sets.
Recommending efficiency and quality improvements through analyzing workflows and documenting new procedures.
Driving decisions and author designs with various stakeholders.
Presenting and documenting designs and design decisions effectively with peers and senior leadership.
Developing roll-out and training plans to ensure user adoption of new or existing procedures to ensure business value from those projects is fully realized
Working with cross-functional teams (client working groups, data owners, Help Desk, Internal Audit, etc.) to partner in redesigning and implementing firm-wide procedures that relate to Security and IAM.
Developing and nurture business relationships across the firm at all levels of the organization
