Primary Responsibilities

* Implement monitoring and enhance current security features
* Assist with creating a disaster recovery process
* Work to ensure scalability and reliability with our servers
* Work with development teams to analyze and optimize software delivery processes
* Finds and implements new software tools to enhance or compliment the software delivery process
* Assist in migrating existing applications from on premises data center to Liferay DXP Cloud

Qualifications

* Love for cutting-edge technology
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or equivalent level of demonstrated knowledge required
* Expert knowledge of databases (MySQL, Oracle)
* Experience working with Unix/Linux systems
* Experience with Websphere, Weblogic, JBOSS AS, or Tomcat
* Experience with container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes or Docker
* Experience with distributed storage platforms, such as Ceph
* Experience with cloud computing platforms such as Triton or AWS
* Experience with continuous integration and deployment
