Follett's Implementation Service Specialist coordinates and delivers software implementation projects for our school district customers. In this role you will provide software installation services and serve as liaison between internal departments and customers.
You will also use your excellent customer service skills to nurture customer relationships and serve as the technical contact for the customer for all matters during implementation.
* Establish technical criteria concerning implementation viability, performance, maintenance, design, and costs. Execute plans and statements of work using remote connections with customer networks. * Analyze customer requirements and application objectives. Work with project manager to gather discovery information; participate in implementation planning and resulting project timeline. * Establish remote connectivity, install software, load data, and verify software is working properly according to plan.
* Bachelor's Degree is preferred; * 1-3 years of experience in customer service in a technical support environment * Basic exposure to SQL server for reading and modifying queries * Experience working in a Windows server environment * Adept at communicating technical information to a non technical audience * Solid troubleshooting skills
