About Follett

Job Description

* Identifying technical issues and/or user errors associated with ecommerce, point of sale, course material management and personal productivity systems including:

* System configurations
* End-of-day and start-of-day issues
* Inventory and order management issues
* Troubleshooting OS and profile corruptions
* Identifying basic LAN\networking issues
* Identifying and diagnosing cause of PC hardware failures
* Identifying basic printer malfunctions
* Workstation HDD data recovery using designated tools

* Working knowledge and experience in the following technologies and hardware: Windows OS (primarily XP & 7), MS Office Suite, Active Directory, Routers, Switches, WAN\LAN technologies, PC hardware
* Ability to work 11:30am-8:00pm shift, Monday-Friday
* Ability to work overtime during busy seasons
